Booking inquiries: name, email, phone number, event type, event date, hours, venue and city, estimated guests, and any details you include.

Connect sign ups: first and last name, email, ZIP code, the updates you choose, any message you include, and your consent to receive emails.

Shop orders and donations: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and the items or amounts you choose. Payments are processed by PayPal (including Venmo, Apple Pay and Google Pay) or Amazon Pay. We do not receive or store your full card or account numbers.

Cookies: this site uses cookies needed to run the cart, checkout and site security.

How we use your information

To respond to booking inquiries and plan your event.

To send updates about new mixes and events to people who signed up and agreed to receive them.

To process, ship and support shop orders and donations.

To keep the site secure and prevent spam.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site and process payments and shipping, or when required by law.

Email updates

You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time by replying to any email or contacting us at the address below.

How long we keep information

We keep booking inquiries for 2 years. Email sign ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Order and payment records are kept for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.

Donations

DJ Q Luv is not a registered nonprofit organization. Donations are not tax deductible.
